1. ACCEPTANCE OF CONTRACT
By registering as a seller on CarryLoot and submitting any amount of virtual currency (hereinafter "The Currency" or "The Gold") from any MMORPG game, the User (hereinafter "The Seller") expressly and irrevocably accepts these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree, you must refrain from carrying out transactions with us.
2. SERVICE OBJECT
CarryLoot acts as a commercial intermediary for the acquisition of virtual currencies from MMORPG video games, with a special focus on World of Warcraft (Retail, Classic, or Season of Discovery). Our objective is to provide liquidity to players, offering a secure, transparent, and fast process.
3. DELIVERY PROCESS (CURRENCY TRANSFER)
3.1. Submission: The seller must deliver the agreed currency using the established methods (in-game trade, auction house, or in-game mail) only to the characters or accounts indicated by our support team.
3.2. Verification: Once received, our team will count and verify the authenticity of the currency (ensuring it is not duplicated, stolen, or obtained through fraudulent methods).
3.3. Balance Registration: Upon confirming correct receipt, we will credit the equivalent amount in USD to your user account balance on our platform.
4. PAYMENT SYSTEM AND MINIMUM ACCUMULATION (STRICTLY MANDATORY)
4.1. Minimum Payment Amount: To process a payout, the accumulated balance in the seller's account must reach or exceed TEN US DOLLARS ($10.00 USD).
4.2. No Fractional Payments: Under no circumstances will partial payments be made for amounts less than $10 USD. Balances below this amount will remain reserved in your personal account for future sales.
4.3. Withdrawal Request: Once the minimum of $10 is reached, the seller must formally request the withdrawal through our panel or via support ticket. Payment will be made within a maximum of 24 to 48 business hours after the request.
5. AVAILABLE PAYMENT METHODS
The seller may freely choose between the following payment methods at the time of withdrawal:
- Bolívares (Bs.): Bank transfer or mobile payment (within Venezuela) to the bank account or phone number registered by the user.
- USDT (TRC-20 / BEP-20): Tether transfer to the digital wallet (Binance, Bybit, or similar) provided by the seller.
⚠️ Note: The seller is entirely responsible for providing the correct payment details. We are not responsible for typing errors in the account number or wallet address.
6. RESPONSIBILITIES AND RISKS
6.1. Ban Risk: The seller assumes all responsibility for the origin of the currency sold. We sell legitimate currency, but if the seller delivers currency obtained through exploits, unauthorized third-party purchases, or bots, and this results in the suspension of our accounts, the seller will be responsible for indemnifying the total value of the lost currency plus 50% for operational damages, and your account will be permanently blocked.
6.2. Availability: Purchase prices are subject to change based on market supply and demand in real time. The final price is frozen at the moment the seller opens the sales ticket and we provide the coordinates for the trade.
7. CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
Due to the intangible nature of the product (virtual currency), returns are not accepted once the currency has been transferred to our accounts and verified. If the seller changes their mind before executing the delivery, they may cancel the order without penalty as long as they notify at least 10 minutes in advance.
8. TRUTHFULNESS OF DATA
The seller guarantees that:
- They are the legitimate owner of the game account from which the currency is extracted.
- The bank or wallet details provided are correct and in their name.
9. CONFIDENTIALITY
All information exchanged (character names, servers, bank details) is strictly confidential. We will not share your data with third parties for any reason, except by legal requirement from competent authorities.
10. MODIFICATIONS
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Modifications will be published on our website and will be effective immediately for all future transactions.
11. JURISDICTION
Any controversy arising from these terms will be resolved through private arbitration or, failing that, before the competent courts of the jurisdiction of [Your Country/City].
